We'd love to invite you to join our friend and chef Emily Scott at our next Margot Residency!

We're so excited that Emily will be in residence at Margot on Tuesday 8th December, from 10am - 1.30pm, and we'd love you to come! 

ABOUT THE EVENT 

Pull up a chair at our chef's table as Emily shares her secrets to cooking a show stopping three-course Festive menu in our Margot kitchen.

The morning will be hands-on and conversational, where guests (that's you!) are encouraged to gather around, join in the prep, and hear Emily talk through each step as she brings together a stunning meal using the best, locally sourced seasonal ingredients. 

At the end of the morning, we'll sit down together to enjoy the menu Emily has prepared, accompanied by locally sourced drinks. 

Every guest will head home full of newfound knowledge and treats tucked inside a fashionably embroidered Margot Tote.

ABOUT EMILY 

For Emily, less is more. Her cooking centres on seasonal ingredients, coastal produce, and honest technique - a style shaped through years spent in her celebrated kitchens in Cornwall.

Emily divides her time between Cornwall, Bordeaux, and the Caribbean, where she is Executive Consultant Chef at Calypso Grill, always returning to the coast that continues to inspire her cooking.
