Bonbons Boule Fleurs
Bonbons Boule Fleurs
In 1827 confectioner Bélisaire Boissier created the Ball candy, whose round shape symbolizes the City of Paris.
He first developed a version with Montmorency cherries after extracting their aroma, much like essential oils are extracted from flower petals in Grasse.
Gradually multiple flavours were developed like this flower assortment - Violet, Rose and Poppy, an absolute Margot favourite.
Use the iconic cream tin for storing your favourite trinkets once the candies are finished.
This tin of Assorted Flower Ball Candies is the perfect gift for a friend or a dinner party host.
